Mazzard Media (“MazzardMedia.com”) is a multimedia services division services division of AYTRUS, INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the website mazzardmedia.com (“Site”) and any related content, features, newsletters, or applications (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms (and any referenced policies) at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the remaining Terms.
